We surveyed 400 shoppers and found that 50% of shoppers have visited the website of their favorite CPG brand. Most brand fans (across generations) go to brand websites to learn about additional products and where-to-buy information, not to find coupons and promos. These visits are a great opportunity for brands to convert shoppers into buyers!
